qlupp is working on the world's first Sales Professionals Ecosystem
Sales Professionals will want to further improve their skills through modern and fun learning methods. The time of only keeping up by following a few days of regular offline training sessions or following lessons in a traditional e-learning environment is gone! That was then! The youngest generation account managers want to be challenged in a fun way.
This means that an online learning environment should contain the following elements: competition (challenges/battles/gaming), visible, measurable achievements (rankings and levels), modern content (vlogs, blogs, summaries, relevant articles/video’s), feedback from peers (community), anytime/anywhere (BYOD), online meetings (webinars, group sessions via skype/facetime, 1on1 online coaching), offline meetings (rewards, networking, fun and interesting speakers, live battles) and daily micro learning (via app, games). In short, a Sales Professionals Eco System.
Development of sales skills should fit seamlessly in the life of a sales professional. So it should be fun, easy, challenging, fast and visible (meaning valued). ICT continuously changes our lives, including the life of sales. Being part of qlupp™ will become their “life of sales”.
Our mission is to give the sales profession back the recognition it deserves. Establishing relations based on Mutual Sustainability is no sinecure. That requires a lot of skills and the “larger and deeper” the relations, the higher the level at which a Sales Professional needs to perform. Soon each sales professional will have his/her qlupp™ passport which shows the levels (1-7) of each skill. Just like diplomas and certificates are now published on social media, each sales professional will soon be proud to show his/her qlupp™ passport. Employers will be able to define more explicitly which level they are looking for in the skill set of a sales professional, thus rendering recruiting the right person far more efficient and faster.
qlupp™ cooperates with sales trainers and coaches who will enroll employees in commercial positions in the qlupp™ Sales Professionals Eco System. These trainers/coaches play an important offline role in attaining the highest levels. Besides that, qlupp™ will enlarge the community by social selling until eventually all sales professionals are linked and can challenge one another to make visible who eventually is the best in class! We aim to make the qlupp™ passport the world standard and the highest positions in the rankings the continuous goal of each sales professional!
